DuPont^TM Zodiaq^R is an amazingly durable surface of 93% pure quartz crystal, resistant to both heat and scratching. Besides being one of the strongest materials found in nature, quartz gives Zodiaq depth, dimension and radiance without the imperfections common in unimproved stone. No sealing, polishing or reconditioning is necessary. Nonporous and easy to clean, maintenance is a breeze with Zodiaq; it does not support the growth of mold, mildew or bacteria. In addition to low maintenance, Zodiaq offers a varied and beautiful palette of colors to choose from, and is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

The Colors of Zodiaq

Zodiaq quartz surfaces are available in a wide range of colors and styles. The palette includes the earthier tones of nature, as well as the vibrant Indus Red and Celestial Blue. For dramatic new colors and veining, look into the Okite Collection. We have an example of one of these new colors – “Bianco Carrara” - on display in our showroom (pictured below). DuPont is introducing a new series of colors in Zodiaq: The Terra Collection. The colors in this collection are created with at least 50% pre-consumer recycled glass, which may contribute towards U.S. Green Building Council LEED^R points. These colors include Calm Springs, Warm Taupe, Mossy Green and Moroccan Morning.
